ProfileTop 5 Publications

Carolina Gasparinho holds a PhD in International Health – Tropical Public Health specialty (finished in 2019 with a Scholar and Scientific Merit Award); a MSc in Tropical Health, both from the Institute of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (NOVA University Lisbon, Portugal), and a Nursing Degree from the Higher School of Health of the Portuguese Red Cross, Portugal.

She has field experience with the coordination of two hospital-based research studies and a longitudinal four-arm randomized trial developed at the community level in Angola. Currently, she collaborates as co-author with some research work also developed in other Portuguese speaking African countries (CPLP), namely Mozambique and São Tomé and Príncipe.
