It was performed an evaluation study (EA) in a collaborative research network at Fiocruz Minas, considering the intervention description, the development of theoretical and logical models of evaluation and the evaluation questions. In order to carry out this evaluation the seven elements proposed by Thurston and Ramaliu (2005) were used.
The authors used theoretical and logical models and matrices of measurements and analysis, according
document review, observation and interviews. The key informants provided information, documents and electronic files, in addition to attending meetings and working meetings.
The visualization of the framework allowed understand the components of the network and its form of operationalization to the expected results in the short and long term. The evaluative questions, the criteria and parameters meters, research instruments and systematization procedures in the analysis of network deployment. The EA noted the possibility of ex-ant evaluations and presented a favorable scenario for its development.
This is an important evaluative strategy that allows subsequent evaluations to be developed more easily, maximizing
their potential, in addition to favoring the resources rationalization.
