Four members of the Global Health and Tropical Medicine (GHTM) will participate in the 9th World One Health Congress, taking place in Lisbon, Portugal.
The GHTM delegation includes Armanda Rodrigues, Inês Morais, Juliana Webber, and Micheli Ferla, who will join researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and other experts from around the world to discuss the latest advances and challenges in One Health.
The World One Health Congress is a leading international forum dedicated to promoting collaboration across human, animal, plant, and environmental health. The 9th edition will provide an important opportunity to share knowledge, present research findings, and strengthen partnerships towards addressing complex global health challenges.
The participation of GHTM members highlights the Institute’s commitment to advancing interdisciplinary research and contributing to the global One Health agenda. Their presence in Lisbon will also provide opportunities to engage with the international scientific community and foster new collaborations in areas relevant to global health and tropical medicine.
