ProfileResearchTop Research Outputs

Marcus Verly Miguel is a doctoral candidate in Public Health and holds a Master’s degree in Epidemiology from the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). He is also pursuing a PhD in International Health at NOVA University Lisbon under a joint supervision agreement and undertook his doctoral internship at Sichuan University in 2025. Marcus’s research focuses on Chinese health cooperation, particularly in Portuguese-speaking countries and Timor-Leste, with an emphasis on the deployment of Chinese medical teams.
