GHTM Sessions | Agendo.Science: Introduction to the research core facility managment software

January 21, 2026

📅 Date: 28 January 2026
🕒 Time: 11:00-13:00
📍 Location: ZOOM & SALA FRAGA DE AZEVEDO

At GHTM, in the context of organizing laboratory equipment at LabTrop – Plataforma Laboratorial Comum, we are implementing the Agendo.Science software, a highly customisable web platform that elevates the management of research core facilities by improve the organisation of equipment use by enabling its monitoring, tracking, and scheduling. Through the registration system, it will be possible to optimise the management and use of the equipment, ensuring greater efficiency in its utilization.

In this GHTM Session, you will be introduced to the Agendo system and learn how to create and manage bookings efficiently, check equipment availability, and apply best practices to optimize the use of shared resources. This session is aimed at all staff who will be using the Agendo system and will provide an opportunity to ask questions and support a smooth and effective adoption of the platform

If you are a GHTM member, you will receive the details of the session by e-mail. If you are not a GHTM member and would like to join the session, please contact us at ghtm-info@ihmt.unl.pt.
